The Inishowen project begins

The Inishowen Rivers Trust and The Earth and Planetary Surface Process Group at Trinity College, Dublin have begun an investigation into the potential for Natural Flood Management on Inishowen. The work is funded by the Office of Public Works (OPW) to carry out a study into the feasibility of using natural water retention measures (NWRM) to reduce flooding.
